The
school is situated in the Costa Nova district of Jávea,
in a quiet, rural setting. The
famous
Cabo la Nao lighthouse is only a few kilometres away
and, as you drive down into
Jávea, there are spectacular views of Mount
Montgó and the picturesque
bay of Jávea. Until recently the area was largely pine
forest and this is why the school is called "The
Firs".
Jávea
is midway between Alicante and
Valencia, in the heart of the Costa Blanca.
The A7 motorway is about twenty minutes drive away and
either airport can
be reached in around ninety minutes.
The school serves a wide catchment area:
Calpe and
Moraira to the south, Denia to the north and inland such
towns as Benissa, Teulada, Gata, Benitachell, Ondara,
Orba, Pedreguer, Jalon and Alcalali. |
